Shipping conditions

All products on our website can be delivered throughout Europe. Exceptions are products that have to be cooled and are only delivered in Berlin. If there are additional costs for shipping outside of Germany, we will contact you.

Shipping in Berlin:

All orders placed until Thursday 8:00 p.m. will be delivered on Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
All orders placed until Monday 8:00 p.m. will be delivered on Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Free Shipping:

From an order value of 30 euros only in Charlottenburg.

To do this, select in-store pickup and send us a message to arrange free delivery within Charlottenburg.

Shipping in Berlin outside of Charlottenburg costs 5.99 euros. There are no shipping costs within Berlin for an order value of 100 euros or more.

Shipping outside Berlin costs 9.99 and can take 3-5 working days. No shipping of chilled products outside of Berlin. Free shipping from an order value of 100 euros.
